LOCATED IN THE FLAGSHIP OF PORTSEA Within a spacious garden setting.

Situated in Portsea, one of the most picturesque areas of beauty on the Mornington Peninsula. 

The property is close to the Portsea and Sorrento back beaches and easy walking distance to Sorrento Township.  Portsea is an hour and a half drive from Melbourne.

THE SPACE

tWO LIVING SPACES, LARGE HOSTESS STYLE KITCHEN, FOUR BEDROOMS, TWO BATHROOMS, LARGE LAUNDRY.

SPACIOUS IN DOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING, SWIMMING POOL, TABLE TENNIS, FOOSBALL AND POOL TALBES ALL provide THE PORTSEA WAY OF LIVING AND THE ULTIMATE COASTAL RETREAT.  

CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS

SLEEPING

Four bedrooms sleeping a total of 10 people. All linen and towels are provided.   

A delightfully light and spacious King bedroom leads through to walk-in-robe and ensuite.  A twin room with a cot is also located on this wing of the house.  The opposite wing comprises of a Queen bedroom and a two bunk bedroom (sleeping 4) with a further bathroom.  

AMENITIES

Large laundry room fully stocked with all necessities including a separate washer and dryer.  

A separate snug room with an additional television, sofas and pool table.  Books and games are also found within the cupboards.  Perfect for those families that require additional living space for small or teenage children away from the central open plan living. 

 

ENTERTAINING

The central open plan living/dining and hostess kitchen from the core of the home allowing for fabulous spacious entertaining.  The alfresco dining room opens from this area to a secondary outdoor dinning table to overlook the resort style inground pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. 

BOTH THE indoor AND OUTDOOR dining tableS seat TEN, AND the kitchen bar seats four. Adjacent to the 4 gas burner Weber BBQ you will find a large outdoor sofa and coffee table expanding your dining and entertainment options and ideal for pre dinner drinks for you and your guests.

OUR GUESTS

"We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Bornholm. Everything was as described and considered for us, including welcome note, drink, snacks and pantry essentials all supplied. The house has a brilliant layout with the centre piece the enormous living dining and outdoor areas. Given the weather wasn’t too warm during our stay, we made great use of the protected private pool area and lounges. Our contact Eloise made the entire booking process seamless.
